Q. How long does it take to get the data via email after placing the request?
A. Amazon.com aggressively tries to block scrapers, hence our tool uses adaptive delays between requests to fetch the data in addition to typical techniques such as proxy IP rotation, CAPTCHA solving etc. You should typically get data back within 2 hours but it can take as much as 4 hours on especially busy days.

Q. Does this tool scrape other marketplaces besides Amazon.com?
A. Our tools currently support Amazon.com only, however, we are running a beta trial with access to other marketplaces (Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.ca etc.). Please email us at info@specrom.com to request beta access to those marketplaces.

Q. I want to scrape detailed product information other than what basic product information captures, is there a tool that does that?
A. Many users want additional data such as product ranks, additional seller information etc. We decided to keep the costs low for majority of our customers and didnt include that in our base packages. However, if you want this information or something else than please reach out to us with your requirements and we can include that as an add-on to our plans for prices as low as $15/month.
